Orders

The purchase of medical devices sold in the online shop hosted on this website is reserved for professionals authorized to practice dentistry and related clinical activities, or for companies that manage and support dental practices or clinics duly authorized to exercise of dental activities.

The prices shown on the product pages do not include VAT or any other applicable taxes.

Upon creation of an Order, during the check-out phase, the Purchaser will be informed of any taxes applicable to the purchase of the Products or Digital Content, of the payment methods available, of the delivery methods available, of the costs of these delivery methods of the Products at the place of delivery chosen by the Purchaser.

The accepted payment methods are: bank transfer, PayPal, Debit Cards or Credit Cards through various payment gateways. For some of these there are transaction costs applied by the gateway manager which are clearly detailed during the check-out phase.

Order cancellation

A confirmed order cannot be cancelled. The methods of withdrawal are detailed in the terms and conditions of purchase to which reference is made; in case of withdrawal, the costs of packaging, shipping, collection, and administrative management are charged to the Purchaser.

Shipping

When the purchased products are shipped

Each order is processed only after its complete payment.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another tracking information notification when your order has been handed over to the carrier.

When creating an Order, during the check-out phase, the Purchaser can choose the preferred delivery method: several Couriers are usually available, offering different services, shipping times, and costs, depending on the delivery location chosen .

Our Couriers only accept shipments to a valid delivery address. They do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Care must be taken in verifying that the delivery address indicated in the Order is correct: any inaccuracies may lead to delivery delays. If an incorrect delivery address is indicated, the costs for returning the products to the sender and rescheduling the shipment are borne by the Purchaser.

The delivery address can only be changed if the Order has not already been processed (prepared, packed, labelled).

In this case, it is a limitation related to the distribution of the retractor system only in countries for which the clearance relating to the distribution of medical devices has already been obtained.

Look in your email: after receiving the order confirmation email, you received another email with shipment tracking information.

Billing

After purchasing of LO RUSSO RETRACTORS, the issuance of the tax documentation relating to the purchased products, including invoicing, takes place according to the procedures established by current regulation, in relation to the legal nature of the purchaser and the type of transaction. Invoices or purchase receipts are usually available in your user account.​

During check-out, the system will determine and show the Buyer any taxes applicable to the purchase, including VAT, depending on the legal nature of the Buyer and his/her country.

For intra-community B2B operations (buyers resident in the European Union), VAT will not be applied by our online shop: the imposition of this tax will instead be paid directly by the Buyer in his own country, according to the mechanism of Reverse Charge. For this to be possible (i.e. exemption from the application of VAT at the time of purchase for those resident in Europe) it is necessary that the buyer has a VAT number and that this is regularly registered in the VIES system. Failure to register the buyer's VAT number in the VIES system makes the VAT exemption regime impossible and therefore the sale will be concluded by applying the typical VAT rate of the buyer's country of residence, according to the OSS regime.

What is the OSS (One Stop Shop) system

The OSS system is part of a European centralized and digital VAT fulfillment system that simplifies VAT obligations for businesses that sell goods and provide services to final consumers throughout the EU. The provisions of this tax regime, including in terms of invoicing, are applied by our online shop to B2C operations within the EU.
